Emily Chansard Vinyasa, Hatha

Emily moved from France to Australia in her twenties, where her free spirit and love for the ocean continues to deepen. She completed her yoga training in Southern India  and gained her experience in vinyasa and hatha using her spirituality, positive energy and mindset. Her passion for teaching comes from a place of love and a genuine desire to help others to connect with themselves, to find peace, identify wisdom and live in the present moment. Using a combination of meditation, pranayama and asana in her classes, Emily guides you into a place of pure bliss.
