Stephanie Trainor Vinyasa, Hatha

Steph’s yoga journey started alongside her mental health journey. Her passions lie in creating space for others to find their nourishment, to tune in and allow themselves to find their own light and inherent wholeness. Combining her passion for yoga and mental health, Steph completed her Hatha yoga teacher training in Southern India and includes trauma, mental health and body image informed techniques, enriching her individual needs based teaching style. Steph’s classes centre around controlled breath with movement, incorporating meditation, pranayama and asana into practice.
