Polly Wilson Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Yoga Therapy
Like many, what started out as a purely physical practice with time Polly started to notice the shifts that were occurring as a part of this re-discovery of body, breath and mind. Polly believes in the power of introspection in Yoga, less about creating the perfect pose and more about balancing the nervous system in order to heal. Her classes can be meditative, with lots of fluid movement, breath awareness and space to go within. I have over 1000 hours of training and get my inspiration from many styles and sources including Embodied Flow, Tantric Hatha, Yoga Therapy and of course my own regular practice.
