Linda Jenkin is a qualified I.Y.T.A Yoga Teacher who has been teaching classes, workshops and retreats for over 20 years.
She has developed her own, eclectic style that brings together the knowledge and experience of many of her teachers.
Her main influence is Iyengar Yoga with its precision and use of props.
Linda sees yoga as offering the opportunity for ongoing self-discovery and transformation.
Her aims are to promote flexibility in both mind and body with a playful and down to earth approach and her classes are suitable for all levels.
